Complaint regarding missing product from Myntra

I bought two Unisex Black BassHeads 200 In-Ear Headphone with mic from myntra. Even though the order number was same for both, the two was delivered to me in two different packages on 4th of july 2018. Both the package was not tampered and the guy who came to deliver the package didnt ask me to sign in his mobile or any papers during the time of delivery. Usually we are asked to sign during the time of delivery. When i opened the packet 20xxxxxxx9 i found a box of boAt and when i opened the box there was no earphone inside it. I could find only a warranty card and an empty case.

The same night i made a call to their customer care and told about my problem and i was aksed to wait for 3 days. I kept waiting and i didnt get any response from them even after 3 days. I made another call and i was again asked to wait for another 3 days and even after the next 3 days i didnt get any response. Again i called them and i was asked to wait for another 3 days and then an email message came to me “After conducting a thorough investigation and review of your claim we have found that the product where dispathed from our in a properly sealed package”.

I dont know on what basis they are saying they are sure about the presence of product inside the packet which was empty. I want my money or the item should be delivered to me. My order no is 1081651-5565374-0664703
