Complaint regarding missing recharge amount in PayTM wallet

I have a complaint on Paytm regarding cash transaction. I have recharged (Loaded) Rs. 2150.00 onto Paytm wallet, for which I got confirmation email to my regestered email ID.

But the amount didn’t reflect in the Paytm wallet. I have given complain regarding the same but there is no such valuable response came. I have cross checked into my bank account for amount reversal, but it’s negative.

So I lost the amount because of Paytm, kindly look into this issue.
