We would like to inform you that, I have one call in month of Sep-16 form TATA DOCOMO service provider HighTech Solutions Lucknow for regarding free call on my old no. 72xxxxxxxxxxx7 and new no. 9xxxxxxxxxx7, Mr Dxxxp given a Tata GSM sim No. 02xxxxxx4 in month of Sep-16, but till date this sim is not activate, and I have pay last two month bill by seeing only msg not open PDF file. But last month (Dec-16) bill is very high so i have confirm to TATA docomo customer care for possword for unlock my PDF file bil, after seeing my bill statement I am socked seeing my extra bill amount Rs. 2060/- use by another person and I have already paid Rs. 881/- additional form last tow month for other phone. I have complaint to Tata Docomo but they given negative reply and says you must pay your bill without any delay this is your problem not tata docomo. Please Help me what I do, I am fully mentally disturbed.
