I am serving in the Indian Army. I have a vodafone connection and i am not happy with the sevices of vodafone. As a result i applied for mobile number portability from vodafone to airtel on August 6, 2015. I have not only cleared all my bills till date but i also paid extra amount so as to ensure that i don’t have any outstanding bills. Portability had to be done within 15 days , i e, till 21st of august but it hasn’t been done till now and as the timeperiod assigned for portability has expired i will have to apply for it afresh. Despite giving numerous calls to vodafone customer care i didn’t receive any help from the vodafone officials nor did they show any willingness to facilitate my just demand of porting to airtel because of poor network and mobile services of vodafone. I am preparing for a very crucial exam due to be held in the month of September and because of the lackadaisical approach and non cooperation on the part of vodafone i am undergoing immense mental agony due to loss of time and effort in getting my work done. I am not able to concentrate fully on my studies and it will affect my career progression. In view of the above i request you to take appropriate and suitable action against vodafone and also instruct the company to pay me suitable compensation of Rs. 25,000 which is a paltry amount against the loss of my valuable time and effort which could have been suitably utilised serving my nation.

  1. Very bad service for tata sky company not loking all chanels and not any bonas does not provied extra channelsand extra days loking chanels
