Complaint regarding mobikiwik DTH recharge

I registered from my email I’d for a DTH Airtel recharge but the recharge is not done and the amount is deducted I complain for it several times to their customer care mailing portal but no response then I called the helpline number on Consumer Complaints Forum I’d but it is a fake one I found in web that more than 12000 complaints are registered against MobiKiwik but less than 1% is solved. so I request the Government to kindly banned the App and the website
