Complaint regarding Mobikwik wallet terms and usage

I have been an active user of Mobikwik for last 8-9 month and almost everyone uses the wallet in my home. However the company is making the changes everyday and cheating the customers openly that even regulators are not looking at it. I have a balance under supercash for about 3000 and that too in my most of family account, however suddenly mobiwik has reduced the time limit to use it within 15 days which earlier was showing 15th Jul / 15th Aug. Not only this while they show expiry as 1st Jun however it expires a day earlier and they do not handle the issue well. They have put up limit to use 1000 supercash max,,, then why did bloody they allow the super cash credit above 1000??? This is totally a fraud happening and I also received a threating call once i have put up similar complaint earlier on mobikwik complaint.
