Complaint regarding mobile insurance claim processing

I purchased LAVA Pixel V1 Android One Gold mobile from The Mobile Store, District Center, Janakpuri, New Delhi-110059. They provided me Mobile Insurance from Edelweiss Insurance Brokers Ltd. under Certificate Reference No. ADTMS2776500, Policy No. 260200/46/14/9500000078. Claim No. CLM0013641 (Claim Amount 12247). I intimated them on 30th December, 2015 that my mobile fell down on the ground and broke, so they registered it under Accidental Damage and I provided all the required documents asked by the Insurance co. i.e. Edelweiss Insurance Brokers Ltd. Later I was told that the Insurer has asked for the original documents for scrutiny so I provided all the documents they asked for which I finally sent on 12th of February, 2016. I was told to wait for 20 days so that Insurer can complete the scrutiny and later they will transfer the refund in my account. Later I called them end number of times and every time they said that the Insurer is doing scrutiny on it. Also I sent them mail multiple times and they only revert the same that they tell on the customer care line and online portal that they are doing scrutiny on it. Kindly help me on this concern as its been more than three months now. I will be highly appreciable if you can give your kind intervention here.
