This is regarding the subject matter as i have purchased mobile Oppo F1s from Kore Mobiles. At the time of purchase i have also bought 1 year full damage insurance which included Physical Damage as well as Liquid Damage. and as details provided by Mr.Rxxxj Rxxxxxxxa user can claim multiple time in between the time period of one year. also they asked me that if it gets damaged than i can submit in any of the nearest store of Kore for the repair there would be no any extra cost. But now they are asking that Customer only claims two times per year and they have to submit at the store from which they purchased.
This complaint if basically for the fraudness by M/s. KORE. Pls. look into this matter and provide the conclusion.
