Complaint regarding mobile insurance from One Assist

I have raised Mobile insurance claim with One Assist on 22nd April 2016 and till now they have not provided me repaired handset. I am without my cell from almost one month. On calling helpdesk, they have mentioned this is normal and is mentioned in terms and conditions in welcome kit which is sent to user after purchase of policy. There is nothing mentioned about the kit on the site, and the T&C listed on site does not mention anything about number of days that it will take to return the repaired handset. As per the latest update, handset is with service center since 12 May, 2106, but no one will give details details why it has not been repaired and sent back.

The problem is that this company is selling policy with hidden conditions which are not told to customer while purchasing product. It is only told via a welcome kit (I have not received any). Site does not have any details about this and is completely hidden from customer. One Assist is involved in fooling customers by giving different T&C while buying policy and different after purchase.
