I have logged my complaint ( CIN No-1510233796) on 23rd Oct 2015, regarding inssurance claim for my mobile I-phone 6 as accidental physical damaged. My coupen code is 48712705. Since then i am calling there toll free no 180030027090. Initialy syska people took 1 month to pick my handset with required documents, then took 2 weeks to upload the documents. I have given all supporting documents which was asked my them. still from the day the documents are uploaded on syskas Track my complaints page, they are giving quiry like documents are missing, when i upload same document again for which quiry was raised, the show massage like your job card is in process. again after some day they show documnets are missing and this cycle repeated 4 to 5 times. Now 2 months over still they are not approving my claim. and not giving any valid reason for not approving the claim. kindly Look into the matter and let me know if you need more detauls
