I was purchased a new mobile (OPPO A-57) and i’ve an Insurance of Rs.1,429. At 12th of March,2017, my mobile was accidentally broken down because i was walking on road and someone came across me and by mistakely pushed me and my mobile was fall on the road and my display got crashed.
Now when i call the Home Credit person who given me my mobile insurance, i told him to make a claim for my mobile, but till now my case was pending. so what should i do?
Im totally helpless. The name of Insurance company is “AMSTRUST MOBILE SOLUTION”. I want to recover my mobile and do a complaint against them for wasting my time..
