My complaint is regarding mobile recharges by Bharti Airtel ( Up-west) mobile company. I recharged my SIM on 17/09/2015 at 11:50 am the customer care person says that the recharge is no done at my SIM card. I have all proof of recharge done on my SIM card. Plz see my complaint and do suaitable action.

  1. I was did a recharge of Rs.195 to the number 9652579198.but there is no benifit..please give me a benifit..otherwise add amount to my main balance
