sir i have purchased redmi4 mobile in amazon site through. emi option and mobile delivered on 23-10-17 i have used the mobile two days it’s performance was not satisfied getting hang and not working next 10 also mobile battery backup is not upto the mark. I tried to return the mobile to Amazon.but they are saying you don’t have mobile return option for this mobile which is purchased using emi option. I found return option while booking order and now also there is return option in my amazon a/c this mobile but at 2nd step it’s showing some error msg. I have contacted amazon care they are simply saying we don’t have return option. please help me with needful
