Kindly note that have ordered for a VIVO V11pro mobile phone on 14th of September, I paid the entire amount via my HDFC debit card but after my money got deducted unfortunately the order was not placed. I tried contacting Customer care but all they asked me to wait for 8hrs to get the solution of the issue I had, but I didn’t get any help for more than 24hrs.
Then again I called so then I was told to wait for more 24hrs to get a response.
But again I didn’t so finally I called up again and then I was told to wait till 18th of September to get my order or I’ll get my refund.
So it’s 18th September has already passed but still I have got no revert from Flipkart.
This is really not done.
I think they are just making fool out of there Customer’s.
I need to Lodge an official complain against them and their customer care executive who has no concern but they know well how to talk rudely and disconnect the calls.
