Complaint regarding money deducted by Uber Eats

I had ordered from Uber eats as the offer is running on food ordering by mistake I placed the order without promotion. I realized my mistake very early and call customer support for cancelling the order they took so much time intentionally after my repeated telling that order will be out for delivery please be fast and what so happen the order is out for delivery then I said I want to still cancel it so they said ohk But after the blunder they did by debiting my paytm account without my authorization permission or I would say I ever don’t have knowledge of it. I try many a times but they are not refunding my money.

Complaint against MakeMyTrip for short payment of train ticket refund – Rs.1272/-: Mr. Thiyagarajan of Kanchipuram, Tamilnadu (thiyagarajan.t(at)gmail.com) had posted a complaint with us on 28-03-2010 for non-receipt of full refund from MakeMyTrip against cancellation of train ticket. Refund from Patanjali – Rs.1018/-: Ms. Disha of Indore 452003, Madhya Pradesh did not receive refund after she cancelled her order on Patanjali mobile application. The order ID was 7678163797. Refund from DTDC – Rs.1,040/-: Mr. Vivek Sharma of Bangalore, Karnataka (vivek0217[@]gmail.com) sent a courier through DTDC , reference number D17166789, on 10th May 2014 but it was lost on its way to Delhi.
