I had made money transfer to a bank account through paytm wallet. The amount to be transferred was 10,000 and I transferred it in 2 transactions; 5000 and 5000.The first 5000 got reflected into the bank account but for the second transfer, the money got deducted and did not reflect into the account. When contacted paytm, they told me to send the account statement of the account holder and also my account. Having done all that paytm told, it has already been a month and I did not get any refund nor any genuine responses from the team. Everything is automated reply to whatever mail I send them. The complaint number is 03391558 and it was raised on June 16.Please do the needful in getting my money back as it is not a small amount and the time period being taken is also being pulled everyday.
