I have made more than 10 complaints thru toll free helpline, email, thru twitter, thru app feedback but no body is able to solve this matter as till now. they are unable to grab my exact problem or complaint.
Kindly note, Im not a SBI BANK ACCOUNT HOLDER Im just a sbi buddy wallet customer. Very few people in customer care has knowledge about SBI wallet and there is no specific helpline for that.
On 14 Dec. I INITIATED an IMPS txn of Rs. 1236 thru SBI buddy wallet but remained unsuccessful and money didn’t get credited to beneficiary account. IMPS Ref no.534801292475.
After txn- I got an sms: Your fund transfer for Rs.1236.00 on 14-12-15 could not be processed. Please try later(IMPS Ref no.534801292475).
I have sent more than 50 emails to customer care, email@example.com, sbi buddy wallet email firstname.lastname@example.org but no body is helping me out.
From 14 december, I’m following up with them. After 2 days, I get an sms that your complaint has been closed after resolution but in actual, no resolution has been given to me as neither Rs. 1236 has not been reversed to my wallet nor creditted to beneficiary bank account.
When yesterday, I contacted customer care.. She said, “According to them Transaction remained succesful and money credited to bank account. But In reality no money got credited to benefeciary bank account.
