I transferred money to my friend’s mobile number using PayTM, but there was no paytm account for that number.
According to PayTM’s policy if user creates his paytm account then money will be automatically be transferred otherwise the money will be rollbacked to sender’s wallet within 48 hours. Today its been 2 weeks and no satisfactory help is been provided by Pay TM company. According to company, it is showing successful transaction but the money is not deposited in wallet.
