Ms. Reshma Naha, Kolkata (rainbowresh[at]yahoo.co.in) ordered for two dog toys with Petsstore.in on 18-03-2013. She received the products after two weeks but wrong items were delivered in a poorly packed condition. The store refused to either replace the product nor refund the money. She posted her complaint with ICF and the matter was taken up with Petsstore. She finally got refund on or about 02-05-2013.
