Request to help me, I am customer of Motorola India, I had purchased new handset Moto G Plus 4th Gen (Black Colour, 32 GB), from Online portal Amazon India on June 9th 2016.
From October 2016 till today 17th January 2017, Three times I had submitted my new handset to motorola authorised service centre (New Tech) which is situated in Vashi, Navi Mumbai for repair. The problem facing in new handset Battery drain very fast and handset get heated, which I am facing now also after repair.
I am now tired again to submit handset in service center, as they are unable to resolve the problem
I will appreciate if consumer forum can help me for resolving the same.
