We bought Moto G Plus 4th Gen (Black 16 GB) Serial No. 3xxxxxxxxxxxxx2 on September 9, 2016. It is submitted to Motorola Service Center GIR-507. This Service Center is located in city Indore (MP). The phone is under warranty. The Carry in date and time 20-06-2017, 11:58 hrs and Finish Time15-07-2017 23:56 hrs. However after our many efforts the service center is not doing the needful. As a matter of fact they do not pickup the phone and they are rude in behavior. Please treat this matter urgently before we file the police complain. Kind Regards
