I bought a moto g turbo handset 4 months ago via flipkart. the phone had faulty hardware and was not switching on so i took it to my nearest service center i.e motorola service center, syscomp infosol, BD 79,salt lake sector 1, kolkata.
I gave my phone to service center under warrenty period on 19th june 2016 with work order no STE/MG/16/00108 and they said it will take 5 days to replace the parts. but they kept on delaying it.
I sent a mail about the service center response and delay to motorola customer support service and they said they will look into the matter bt they did not.
on 8th june i got call from service center that my phone is repaired. i went there and when i checked my phone it was in a bad condition and tampered, screen was miss fitted and looked like it will come out, there were scratches all around the phone. i refused to take back my phone in that condition as it is a new phone.
the service center people troubled me saying it will take 15 days more to repair it.
I again sent mail to customer service and they said they will look into the matter and update me after 48 hours.
After every 48 hours motorola customer service say that they require 48 hrs more, and it is continued till now and they are just delaying it not taking the matter seriously. Service center people are neither repairing nor replacing my handset.
Its been more than a month now, i dont have a phone. i am very helpless, nobody is taking this matter seriously and delaying it.
I request you to please look into this matter and resolve it as soon as possible.
