Complaint regarding Moto G3 mobile from Flipkart

Sir, I have purchased moto g3 mobile from flipkart online. But however my phone stop functioning and according to company terms it is subjected to replace . but replacement is not done and my call had been also rejected multiple times which was not acceptable at all. The return should be made within 30 days as my purchased date was 7 February 2016 and I had complaint about this issue on 8 February 2016 which is 30 th day . so please help me out in this issue as I am feeling very helpless after making a purchase with this company.
