Myself a proud owner of Motorola Cell with model no.MOTO G3. Hereby I request you to look into my issue and kindly resolve it as soon as possible.
I bought my Moto handset on date 30th October 2015. Out of blue it suddenly got affected in its SIM Slot. For which I went t the service center viz. (Ensure Services, Jetalpur Road, Vadodara, Gujrat.
I Submitted my phone on 5th september 2016 and received it back on 19th september 2016.

But suprisingly instead of fixing the problem they gifted me new problems. I received my phone having problem with the display on the screen, camera resolution and the sound from the receiver.e I couldnt hear the voice from the receiver.

Is this the way to treat customer?? After submitting my phone I waited for about 15 days. But instead of solving they generate new issues. Still my handset is in Service Center.

Do revert to my mail and plz resolve the issue on the priority basis.
