I bought MotoG4 Play handset in Sept.2016 and since last one month it is having sound problem i.e. no voice on calls, music/video plays.

The mobile has been submitted to service center twice i.e. 1st time submitted on 31st Dec. and collected on 6th January very next day the problem again exist and resubmitted on 7th January and collected on 19th January again the problem in 20th January. I want ether this mobile to be replaced or refund my money and take the product back. Request you to please take it ahead and do the needful. I have attached the manual received from Motorola Service center on 2nd time however from the 1st time i don’t have the copy of it as they take back the manual while handover the product.
