Complaint regarding Moto G5 from Flipkart, heating issue

I had purchased 2 Moto G5 plus phones, one gold colour other lunar grey through flipkart. I received the phone on 24-09-2017. Moto G5 plus gold colour is working fine But when i started using Moto G5 plus Lunar Grey phone i noticed that when the phone is kept in idle state phone is consuming too much of battery. When this incidence was reported to flipkart twice on 01-10-2017, 02-10-2017 they sent a technician for checking the phone and resolving the issue. But the technician who arrived just saw the phone, took the photos of phone and invoice and told everything fine, but he did not listen to our problem that phone battery is draining fast during standby. When this was reported to flipkart they told replacement of handset not possible as assured by them of any replacement within 10 days of delivery of the product. I request for a replacement of the faulty set supplied by flipkart or to refund the amount of Rs. 13,999/-. Kindly provide the justice. I am requesting your intervention in the matter of justice of either replacing or refund of the amount. order no.OD110295703985685000.
