Complaint regarding Moto mobile repairs

On 1 April 2018, I went to this shop to get my moto m repaired, they took two hours and charged me 500 rupees, for changing a USB port which costs 375 rupees. And they gave me the phone back without checking The phone, at the same time my brother was in hospital, so I had to take care of him, and on 2nd April I realised that the microphones and speaker aren’t working and couldn’t go back to the shop to get it repaired but I did call them and told everything and they asked me to come to their shop so after few days I went when my brother got discharged. 8th april I went to get microphone and speaker repaired and they did without charging anything, because they themself admitted that 10 out of 20 parts are faulty and Chinese, and it will work without any issues but they did not give any guarantee on it and on 20 April it stopped working completely and stopped charging and speaker and mic stopped working again, but I didn’t realise this so I changed my cable and charger assuming my charger or cables are faulty, but they weren’t and on 27th April I went and told them everything they refused to replace the faulty part, refused to pay back The money, and told me that these parts have no guarantee and 10 out of 20 parts are faulty, so it’s evident that they installed a faulty part in my phone, charged money for it, and refused to pay it back. I want this issue to resolve as soon as possible, thank you.
