I have purchased a Motorola handset through online purchase from Flipkart INVOICE NO – CHN_PUZHAL_0120151100156535 ON 09/11/2015. On 2 March 16. Handset stopped working and the problem has been raised to Motorola now from last 1 month handset is lying with the service centre (TECHNOCARE SOLUTIONS,F-11, UPPER GROUND FLOOR,DISTRICT CENTRE, JANNAK PALACE, DELHI) of Motorola because of part unavailability as per them. And still they are not providing the final delivery date. I Spoke to MR. Axxxl MxxxxxI (CENTRE MANAGER) He said he dont know the part availability after that i called to MR. KxxxxxxP RxxxxxA (Area Service Manager) but he never took the call and never called back. I raised the complaint to there call centre (REFERENCE NO-160315-002630) But no positive response received from them.

Pls take corrective action against the Motorola to resolve the issue.
