Complaint regarding Motorola Moto E service

I bought Motorola Moto E 2nd Generation Mobile on 2nd Oct 2015. It worked fine till 20th Jan 2016 with simple issues like not able to accept or reject call when using Facebook or what’s app. But on 20th Jan 2016 its starts not displaying on screen. I talked to customer care regarding this they asked me to submit this phone in Noida sector 18. I went there on 21st Jan 2016 and asked them to repair it. They started repairing it and asked me to we can not repair it until we can remove the screen protector. I said you can remove it. But even after removing screen protector they are not able to repair it. I lost my screen protector. then they said it will we have order new part which will take 10 days to repair which was to much for as I have to buy new phone as I was not having any other phone. They have not offered me any temporary phone until I receive the repaired phone. I bought a new phone. Still I have not received any repaired phone. I can not track where is my phone right now. Every time I have to call customer care to check its status. They usually says we will contact you on some date like 5th Feb 2016, 24th Feb 2016, 25th Feb 2016. and will let me its status. I have not seen any service like this which takes more than a month to repair it. And do not understands I lost my screen protector, lost my time, have to buy another phone also.
