I visited the Motorola service center B2X Ansal Palam Gurgaon on 10th Sep, 2015 regarding some of the key for touch screen was not responding. One of service engineer closely investigated the device and told that there was some fault in USB jack and could not replace the screen under warranty period. To avail the warranty of screen first USB jack need to be fixed for which I had to pay the part and labor charge and suggested to visit Okhala Service center for same. I don’t had any issue with USB as my device was charging. I log a written complain to Motorla but there response was Un-Ethical and they took more than two months to listening my complaints. Motorola customer care suggested to visit B2X Palam service center again referencing the incident number and mail trail. As per there suggestion I visited once again on 25th Nov, 2015 and this time they accepted the device and provided the resolution time one and half month. I received the call today from B2X that they will not provide the warranty on screen as screen is damaged by liquid content. It took 5 months come to know that screen is damaged by liquid content which is unacceptable. If device was liquid damage why they did not mentioned in job sheet. I had not submitted the device for one and half month. They are just want to make money nothing else. I did not understand their intention.
