I have brought moto g4 plus on month of Aug’16. Mobile starting hung up on 10th Dec. 2016 so that for this i have go to motorola customer care at jamnagar on 12.12.2016 for the same. they told me “here problem is in phone motherboard” and told you have to wait for 10-15 days for repairing of phone. then i call to customer care on 25.12.2016 then they told me “you are getting your phone before 29.12.2016 and also told me your technician team call me back on 29.12.2016 for the feedback for same. But i didn’t get any call from customer care(18001022344). also when i call to customer care on that day they told me our technician call you tomorrow(30.12.2016). And on 30.12.2016 they call me told me you are getting your phone before 05.01.2017 and they didn’t told me why your phone is not repaired. they don’t have talking sense with customer. and again when they call me on 05.01.2016 and told me “sir, phone is not repaired till now you are getting your phone 09.01.2017. again when i call him jamnagar service centre on 08.01.2017(saturday) because next day sunday, and ask about my phone they repeat the same answer told since last 12 day “sir, your part is in transition”.So that i ahev again call to motorola main customer care on 18001022344 and told me the when i get my phone then they told me sir, you are getting your phone on 09.01.2017 but how can they delivered my phone on 09.01.2016 because part since not receive by Jamnagar service centre(07.01.2017) and they told me we can do anything and again told me sir, do what ever you want to do.they didn’t give any snswer to phone. They didn’t have any sense to how to talk with customer. I am frustrated from motorola service centre. pl. take some action against him so that i got new phone or repair my mobile fast. pl pl help me.
