I purchased Moto G (2nd Gen) LTE on 28-10-2015, the mobile started to hang and so visited service center on 30th November 2015 and they provided a job sheet number ZST/MG/15/07639. On 10th December 2015 i was informed about the another job sheet number ZST/MG/15/07828.

Contacted customer support then they promised to get it done by 21 st Jan 2016, in support of which they also send a sms on my registered mobile number.

On 22nd Jan 2016 i received a call from motorola support that it will be now done by 15th of Feb 2016.

The mobile was purchased from Flipkart and even they are also not responding for the replacement of the mobile, which was defective from the time i got. Order id is OD204288441062954000
