I purchased Moto X Play on dtd 6th Apr’16. My phone is under warranty. On dtd 30th June’16 I observed some problem in speaker & visited to Motorola Service Centre. After examine they found some problem in motherboard & asked me to submit my mobile. Next day on dtd 1st July’16 I had submitted my mobile with Verbal assurance of returning in maximum 15 days.

I keep on following till date but they are giving me same statement that it will take some more couple of days. I am a working lady & non-availability of mobile financially I am suffering a lot.I am regularly in touch with service centre but not getting any supportive response.
I had registered my complaint to Motorola Consumer Complaints on dtd 18th July’16, but still on the same platform & not getting any support from anywhere.
I request you to pls take necessary action & help me to get my mobile phone in working condition, else pls help me to get New Mobile Phone.
