Complaint regarding MTS bill payment

I have an 3G internet connection with MTS. I received my first bill whose amount was Rs. 391 and due date was 18th-May-2015. I paid online from MTS website on 16th May. The amount was deducted from my ICICI account. It is also showing up in my bank statement. But today on 18th May I received a message from MTS that my bill is still due. I called up MTS customer care. They told that I have to pay once more with the same amount. That amount will be refunded within next 7 days. It seems it is a clear cut case of fraudulence. They also told that if I don’t pay for the second time by today I have to pay fine. Please guide me to settle the case. Your help is very much appreciated. Thanks
