Complaint regarding MTS billing

I have been continuous receiving the messages and mails from MTS – MBLAZE wi-fi for paying the due amount of Rs. 441. Here I want to inform you that I have disconnected the wi-fi service in July 2015 after paying the whole due amount of Rs. 2114. I asked to the MTS Team who had called me to disconnect the Service with an immediate effect but they are asking to pay Rs. 441. 00 as a closure Charge before 18th August 2015. and I have been receiving continous mails & messages for clearing the said amount.

The customer Care representatives of MTS are threatening over the phone and saying they are going to issue a legal notice against me and shouting on phone to make the payment earliest. Also the have been harassing me mentally by sending the mails and messages regularly.

I want to state that I have no due of MTS but the company is asking to Pay Rs.441/- as a closure Charge which is totally unauthenticated. As per the messages which I am receiving the last date of payment is 18th August.

Requesting you to Plz take an immediate action against MTS to stop such kind of unnecessary charges.

    Dear Customer, we request you to please mail your complete concern on along with 10 digit MTS number to resolve the issue.
