Last month I purchased MTS wifi home dongle. for the first 15 days which has there refund policy its worked fine then after refund period it starded creating problem in network as well recharge issue. i rechartge it with regular pack but for the day 1 of my recharge it does not show my data balance, confused ivr responses. fake commitment from customer support. i am really frustrated with mTS services and response. moreover i showed them that its there fault still they are not correcting. a total waste of money. please help me out i want compunsation of all my trouble and problem i am facing

From last two week i am doing that only. in name of services call they give me miss call, if supposed incidently i recv call they put me on hold for checking details i don’t khnow what details they chek for 30 min, there after they automatically disconnect it. and i am left with a msg as mts fuckers are not able to reach me so complain closed.
