I have recharged my data card number on 8432919406 on 21-July for rs. 999 as my data limit was getting over. after the recharge i was not getting the speed/facility as mentioned while recharging. thus is called customer care of MTS, they told me that your previous recharge was an UL Plan and we have changed this UL plan to Limited plan this month.

I told them i have recharged with rs. 999 and it was showing it as UL plan. I requested them to immediately restore my services but they refused. i mailed them with the snapshot of the website stating the plan as UL, still no one has resolved my issue & i m seriously facing issues regarding my official work.

Please help in penalising MTS with my loss & asking them to restore my services ASAP.
