Complaint regarding MTS Datacard service

This is regarding MTS datacard that I purchased in April,2016. First of all, I was not provided with the copy of bill which they said they will provide me online. After that, the datacard never picked up speed, I recharged it regularly for 3 months and wasted time, money and efforts.
Even after incessant complaints, company did not gave any response. Then I mailed them my complaint to which their response was a chain of mails without any conclusion.
I wasted nearly Rs. 4000 in buying, recharging the device, making visits to the company. I only got to visit on saturdays as I work from Monday to friday 7.30a.m.-8.00p.m.
I needed internet to do official work which I could not, due to poor speed of datacard and now I have no other option but to take help from Consumer Forum.

I can provide you emails, and whatsapp chats as a proof to my complaint. Anticipating your prompt response.

    We would request you to please mail on customercare@mtsindia.in along with 10 digit MTS number to check the issue.
