I am mts postpaid datacard user my datacard number is 9152981408. i am having rs.999 mtsmblaze 3g plan.but the speed is well below par. the speed seems to be working in 2g since last few months. I lodged a complaint with their customer care registered as may/1003. an executive has called me from their technical team she told me that your location is 1.6km away from our coverage area so your problem regarding the speed can not be resolved at the moment. my point is that it was working properly since last 10 12 months but now they are saying the speed problem is becouse of my location. even i have registered the connection with the same address. i am getting fedup with mts poor customer serivce. please take action as soon as possible. they should resolve the problem or give my money back since the problem has occured.
