I am deeply depressed and annoyed by the way MTS has looted my money, they have been hassling me for the past 3 weeks. I have bought a MTS 3G WIFI device(8925545396) on 7th OCT, the said the speed will be from 3.1 MBps to 9.1MBPS, but what i was getting was 32Kbps to 64Kbps. i raised a request (OCT2579)on 9th OCT and a service executive called me and said there is some issue with the datacard, i said him there cant be and issue with the datacard as i am able to connect it successfully with the laptop as well as wireless and asked them to increase the speed level. on 14th the ticket was closed and the solution given was “customer not reachable” i wondered how i was reachable to all but not to MTS. i immediately called the customer care and asked them to reopen the ticket, they said the cant do that and opened a new ticket and said i will be receiving a call in 3 working days. i was irritated by the way the executive spoke and asked them to open a new request(OCT4030), there started the atrocity, the ticket was closed again without notifying me, this time the resolution was “customer has to go to the Service center”i got fed-up and called the customer care to surrender the datacard, they asked me to go to the West tambaram showroom and return the same to get the refund back. i visited the showroom but the executive there said he wont provide the refund unless there is a request raised for it. i called the customer care from there and asked for the number, they said it wasn’t registered yet and i forced them to open that time itself and they gave me a request number (4282478) and i was told it was a request and would take 3-4 days for a resolution and i will be notified upon a closure. its been a week and i am notified on anything, i called the customer care almost 20 times with no proper explanations.

Please help in getting this fraud exposed and getting my money back RS 1099(999 for data card and 100 for activation charges)
