I have opted for a certification course from Naukri Fast Forward Services on 5th April 2016 for which the transaction ID : 160405TS3442331.
I was promised that all my query and resolution will be clarified within short span and if unsatisfied with the course I can cancel the registration within 7 days.
I contacted back Naukri Sales Rep on same day i.e 5th of April but the phone number mentioned was not reachable. So I drafted an email stating please contact back I need to get some clarification. After certain days I received the call and all queries where explained. I got a assurance that the rep will provide me with the resolution and possible help. Later I never had any sort of communication from the Naukri rep. I tried to get in contact, again the same scenario happened, the number was not reachable, so drafted the email on continiuos basis but no response was tracked.
So I contacted the customer service team of Naukri Fast forward service and explained them the scenario that your sales representative in not at all responding with a proper resolution and this this is frustating me. I mentioned that, as you people are not responding nor providing any resolution please cancel the registration and refund my amount paid. But they denied on the grounds saying its has crossed 7 days refund policy. So i explained them that I was trying to contact you people on same day of the purchase of certification so its fault on your part that Naukri rep has to provided me with a concrete resolution which has ultimately delayed everything.
Now the Naukri Fast Forward Team is not accepting the fact and has denied for cancellation. I am stucked with false promises and a bad service which I has paid 20,000 hard earned money.
I just want to cancel the registration and get out of these situation and my money back.
