Product Name- Hitachi Inverter Split AC Kashikoi-5300i (Model-RAU518IWEA). Dealer’s name- Raj Electronics, Bhubaneswar, Odisha. Purchase Date- 13/03/2016. The product was found defective on 17/03/2016 by the installing team of Hitachi Company that the vertical swing does not work due to manufacture defect of the product. They assured me that your defect will be sort out shortly by replacement or repairing. They also do not follow the installation procedure as per the installation manual provided by Hitachi i.e. they charge the refrigerant (gas) without vacuuming the indoor unit and the connecting pipe. So the product is running under high discharge pressure and cooling is not satisfactory. After my interference about this matter they replied me that each product were installed like this, but it is beyond installation process of Hitachi Company. I informed all this happenings to customer care ( firstname.lastname@example.org) of Hitachi by e-mail on 18.03.2016. They acknowledge my e-mail on 19.03.2016. After 7 days of acknowledgement I drew their attention again and again. But they have no response till today (21.04.2016). They cancel my all online service request without any reason and my last request number is 16040701463 (dated- 07/04/2016).So I shelter your Forum. Please help me.
