I have purchased a HP desktop all in one (Sr.No. 8CC5360CT1) on 13th May 2016 through flipkart. I have registered a complaint with HP customer care on 4th July as I was un-able to switch on the PC.

The complaint No. is 3029922804 and customer care center provided a service ID No. 4004953792 and the contact no of service center at Sakinaka. I contacted the service center and they said they will not attend the complaint immediately. Since I was in hurry, as per their request I took my system to their service center. Mr. Axxxn and Mr. Jxxxxd attended me and I spent almost 4 hours at their office they could not resolve the issue. He said he do not have the recovery VCD for this particular model. I contacted customer care they said the VCD is with service center. I have been constantly in touch with customer care and service center and I din’t get any resolution.

Finally, on 11th July I send a mail to HP service head and, I was informed the issue will be resolved soon. But even after several phone calls to service center and the customer care, no body has attended the issue (not visited the place only) and no resolution happened so far.

Kindly find the attached copy of all the email communication which I had with HP service head.
