We purchased the cartridges from Datamation Services Guwahati and on observation the defect in toner cartridges was directed to Mr Kxxxxk Jxxxxxa HP personal who instructed us to send the toners to Redington India Ltd- Guwahati.

The pending replacement was due 06/14/2016 (expected as per the deposit slips). It is more than three months now and Mr Kxxxxxk Jxxxxa of HP is not reachable. Redington is ignorant and the lady repersenting the printer division is sarcastic and said will not help. And Datamation Services is not keen to pursue and says they will refil the toner. WHY SHOULD WE SETTLE FOR REFILLING WHEN WE PAID FOR NW WORKING TONER CARTRIDGES ?

We had supplied these to a department and now all our payments are blocked. Our finance loss in purchase of the cartridges and mental harassment and loss of face/ good will to the department.

We are surprised at the attitude of HP personal or the HP as a company who is taking undue advantage, ignorant and perhaps not at all interested in respecting the purchase by replacing the toners with brand new and working ones.
