Complaint regarding new Mi Note 5 Pro service

This is for your information that I am been harassed by Mi company service stores in Ludhiana, Punjab. Myself ordered a Mi note 5 PRO phone on 13th June,2018 and I received the same on 18th June,2018.

Within 9 days of receipt of my phone, it got hanged and the screen got dead on 28th June,2018. I went to Mi service centre named TVS electronics Ltd in Ansal Plaza Ludhiana, Punjab , India but there system was not working. I send my servant on 29th June,2018 and went myself on 30th June,2018 but there system was again not working.

No one told me that there is a 10 day policy for replacement and so due to there system problem my 10 days passed by.

Finally on 2nd July,2018 I went to there centre and they kept my phone saying they will repair my phone and call me within 4 hours. I kept on waiting the whole day but didn’t receive any call from there side. I tried calling at there landline number mentioned and it was always busy or no one was picking. I called there manager and he said i will receive a call once done. But I never received a call on 2nd July,2018 . Today on 3rd July,2018 I myself called and I was told that the motherboard has to replaced . I requested to replace it as soon as possible and handover the phone back to me to which he straightaway replied that they do not have motherboard with them and they would have to order it from back office which would take another 7 days to come. I talked to the service centre manager and he rudely said that you can go and get the motherboard replaced from another service centre in Ludhiana as they don’t have it. I fail to understand how a service centre doesn’t have a motherboard to replace.

I thought there is something fishy in it as service centre cannot be short of motherboard. Listening the store manager advice I went to another Mi service centre located in Gol market Model Town Ludhiana.

I went and asked them whether they have motherboard to replace as my motherboard has been damaged. They said yes you can bring your phone and we will replace it. Than I told them that my phone is in warranty as it is just 10 days old , listening this I don’t know what happened they just started making excuses that we do not have motherboard available with us.

My doubt got cleared that there is some nexus going on as no service centre wants to replace a motherboard of warranty set and they just want. To replace motherboard with which they can earn money.

Already I am so upset that my new phone got hang within a week and getting this kinda after sales services I am seriously cursing myself for buying Mi phone.

I had lodged a complaint today at Mi customer care regarding this but I haven’t received any call from there side. My phone is still lying with Mi service centre named tvs electronics , Ludhiana.

If you have kept these kinda persons to give customer services I am sorry to say but the reputation of your organisation is in danger.

I request you to kindly get my phone replaced if possible and if not I request you to kindly contact concerned service centre and get my phone in working condition by tomorrow i.e. 4th July,2018.

With this I also want to lodge an official complaint for these 2 service centre of yours in Ludhiana who are just befooling people for there benefits. Kindly provide me the email id or contact number of a person of higher authority who will take this matter seriously and seek explanations from them for such faulty customer service.
