Complaint regarding newly purchased Micromax Canvas

I have purchased Micromax canvas 6pro on 14 may 2016. On the next day the phone started giving heating issue, battery draining out and charging issue as we’ll. I called customer care they didn’t help me at all and the agent spoke very rudely and deny for me to escalate the call. When I ask for supervisor he denied and disconnect the call. I called after some time spoke with another agent he informed me to ho to service centre and told that my phone will be replaced immediately. I went to service centre they told me to keep my phone for 2days for testing purpose and says the issue I am facing is a normal one. I don’t understand if my phone have 4gb ram 2gz processor 3000mah battery with mediatek chipset how the hell could so much issues, because mediatek chipset helps to prevent heating. I explain the situation at service centre but they also denied in a very bad manner. They are really sick people and don’t know how to deal with customers again I called customer care spoke with agent and says we cannot do anything its your problem now as you have purchased the phone and need to contact service centre. I wasted my rs 14000 behind this dam phone and just 3days of purchase no one is helping me. I request you intervene in this matter and help me out for solution.
