Dear sir I order the on of products on 29.6.2018 jabong app I pay throw debit card but jabong people 10.7.2018 till date not delivered product if I ask the money back the jobang people not responding please resolve the issue as soon passible. Please check attached file

Refund from 1mg – Rs.2,599/- : Mr. Mohammed Ummer of Bengaluru, Karnataka had ordered Dr Gene FS10E Accusure Pulse Oximeter in 1mg app. The product got delivered on 10.07.2020, but when opened it was found that the machine inside a local product. The customer emailed complaint to 1mg customer service but did not get any remedy. He posted his complaint with ICF on 18-07-2020 and the matter was taken up with them.
