Complaint regarding no refund for failed PayTM recharge

I had recharged my mobile no 9xxxxxxxxx1 by ?348 on 31 March 2017 at 10:28 pm. Order no is: 3004947581. recharge amount was deducted from my bank account but recharge was not done by paytm. I called on customer care but they didnt picked up my call. So, i thought that recharge is not successful and i will receive my amount back. After that i recharge ?348 via other recharge service. On 2 april 2017 at 5:30 pm i received recharge of ?348 from paytm which was holded by paytm from last two days. If paytm was not capable to recharge then why they deduct amount from my bank account and hold it for 2 days. Due to this irresponsiblity and late service of paytm my phone was recharge twice. I contact customer care to refund my ?348 because it was paytm fault but they denied to do so.
