I had purchased a New 2-in-1 Slimming pant from Best Deal tv (Order No. 1335432) which I returned in 4th October 2016(Pick up receipt No. 39771949544). It has reached their whare house on 6th October 2016 confirmed by Ms. Nxxxa. After several follow up, writing mails on their customer care column, I didn’t receive any reply from them. AGain did the follow up I was being informed that I would receive the cheque by 15th Nov 2016. On 16th Oct 2016 I again followed up since I didn’t receive my cheque I was being informed that the cheque has not been dispatched by the accounts dept ( reasons best known to them).

Again in the morning i tried calling I was informed that I will get a call from the accounts dept in the next 72 hours, but they are not mentioning anything about the cheques. Kindly look into this matter asap & get my refund much faster.
