I had finish my all loan . some cheque bounce and i paid penalty for that. now i get my noc then they told me its take a 5 days after your payment, i mad payment on 6/10/2018 ,. when i call to customer care they told me we receive ur request on 8/10/2018 . then after 5 days ur noc will update in our system . i request many time and do online complaint but no any answer from capital first . its to long time period for a noc latter. when they take payment online any time and from any where that time they have no any issue . then why they take long time for a noc latter . i think they have to update same time when loan close by customer . i much suffer for the noc my further loan application is pending. why we suffer …..???????
