Complaint regarding Nokia 3 from Flipkart vendor

Purchased Nokia 3 mobile through Flipkart site. Phone got overheating and hanged some time, stopped working. Given return request within 10 days. Their technical person visited my house and tested the device. He given promise within 3 days they will come for collection of that device but after that am talked with Flipkart person they irresponsibly said yu will go to your nearest Nokia showroom for resolving your mobile problem. Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue.
